A 1.5-cm hypoechoic lesion at subcapsular region of the right hepatic lobe. Bile ducts: Common bile duct size 3.1 mm. No intrahepatic ductal dilatation. Gallbladder: No stone or mass. Spleen: Normal in size. Pancreas: Limited evaluation due to interfering bowel gas. Visualized portions are unremarkable. Kidneys: Normal size and parenchymal echogenicity of both kidneys. No stone, hydronephrosis or solid mass. Urinary bladder: No stone or mass. Aorta: Normal caliber. Peritoneum: Small physiologic free fluid in pelvic cavity. A 0.4x0.5x0.9-cm hypoechoic nodule at anterior uterine wall. Uterus: Prominent size. EM = 8.4 mm. Ovaries/adnexae: Normal size both ovaries. A 0.6-cm cyst at the right ovary IMPRESSION: - Mild fatty liver - A 1.5-cm hypoechoic lesion at subcapsular region of the right hepatic lobe; indeterminate nature. Advised interval follow-up or further investigation to characterization. - A 0.6-cm cyst at the right hepatic lobe. - A 0.6-cm cyst at the right ovary, possibly dominant follicle - A 0.9-cm hypoechoic nodule at anterior uterine wall, possibly intramural myoma. - Small physiologic free fluid in pelvic cavity
