Precontrast Axial : Axial T1W, T2W, heavity T2, Inphase, out phase; Coronal T2, T2 fatsat
Procontrast multiphasic axial and coronal
Findings:
A 7 mm hypersignal T2 lesion at lateral segment Lt lobe, compatible with hepatic cyst.
A 1.2 cm hyposignal nodule at medial segment Lt lobe lateral to falciform ligament is noted in out-of-phase T1, compatible with focal fatty change.
Contrast study show poor enhancement in arterial phase of lasion.
No dilatation of bile duct and no gallstone.
The spleen and pancreas appear normal
Both kidneys show no stone and no hydronephrosis.
No ascites and no lymphadenopathy.
The included bony structure appear normal.
IMPRESSION.
A 7 mm hepatic cyst at lateral segment Lt lobe liver.
A 1.2 hyposignal nodule in out-of-phase T1 at medial segment Lt lobe with poor enhancement, focal fatty change should be considered. |
