the study reveals normal size , smooth surface and normal echoic of visualized liver. Hyperechoic nodules at right hepatic lobe is seen, size about 0.7,0.8 and 1.2 cm, suspicious for fat containing lesion or hepatic hemangioma.
GB has smooth thin wall without GS.
Main PV is patent, diamter about 1.0cm. Pancreas is obscured by bowel gas shadow.
Unremarkable of visualized spleen.
Both kidneys are normal without hydronephrosis or renal stone.
Unremarkable of visualized bladder. Normal size and contour of visualized uterus with suspicious for two intramural myoma uteri, size 0.7cm each. Normal appearance of both ovaries.
Normal caliber of visualized abdominal aorta. No gross ascites or gross paraaortic node.
Impression: - Hyperechoic nodules at right hepatic lobe is seen, size about 0.7,0.8 and 1.2 cm.
