There is no change in degree of inhomogeneity and coatsening of the liver parenchymal echo. Multiple small scattered hyperechoic nodules in right lobe of the liver are still seen. There is no other focal mass lesion noted. No dilatation of bile ducts is shown. The gall bladder is normal and no gall stone is seen. The pancreas, spleen and both kidneys are normal. No lymphadenopathy or peritoneal fluid is seen.
Impression : No change in degree of cirrhosis and multiple scattered hyperechoic nodules in right lobe of the liver.
Liver siffness : Left posterior oblique position, mean:5.9-11.9 kPa. Median 7.6 kPa.
