the liver show normal size shape and coarse parenchymal echogenicity
suggestive of liver parenchymal disease there are multiple hypoechoic lesion in both lobes of liver , the largest bile ducts or common bile duct in noted CBD is not dilated
the gallbladder is well distended without gallstone. neither swelling nor thickening of gallbladder wall is observed. a 0.2 cm hyperechoic lesion is noted , suspicious for gallbladder polyp. no pericholecystic fluid is noted
the visualized pancreas and spleen appear unremarkable.
right kidney has small size and increase parenchymal echo will some degree of hydronephrosis left kidney is unremarkable
no ascites is observed

a 0.2 cm hyperechoic lesion in gallbladder, suspicious for gallbladder polyp
chronic kidney disease of right kidney with some degree of hydronephrosis without detectable cause of obstruction |
