ULTRASOUND OF WHOLE ABDOMEN

The study shows normal size and echogenicity of liver without space taking lesion. The biliary system is not dilate. Gallbladder has thin wall, no stone or polyp. Pancreas and spleen are unremarkable.

Both kidneys have normal size, shape,echogenicity without hydronephrosis. A tiny left calyceal stone is noted, size about 3 mm.

No ascites, abvious intrabdominal mass or intrabdominal adenopathy.

Abdominal aorta has normal appearance and diameter.

Bladder has smooth thin wall, no stone or mass.

Prostate gland is measured about 2.3x3.2x3.9 cm and volume 15.9 ml.

IMP:

-A tiny left calyceal stone with no caliectasis
