รบกวนคุณหมอเรื่องผล mammogram ค่ะ เนื่องจากหมอที่ตรวจบอกอีก 6 เดือนต้องไปตรวจอีกครั้ง หากตรวจปีละครั้งจะได้ไหมคะ เนื่องจากค่าใช้จ่ายแพงมากค่ะ (ปัจจุบันอายุ 42 ปีค่ะ)

Comparison: study on 07/11/2010, 09/09/2013 and 03/08/2014
Dense heterogeneous fibroglandular breasts, no malignant calcification. No spiculated mass.
Normal skin and subcutaneous tissue.
Included axillary nodes are unchanged as seen previously.
Ultrasound:-
RIGHT - Multiple small cysts, size 0.2 cm to 0.4 cm.
- A 0.6x0.3 cm well definedhypoechoic focus at R4 could be cyst with internal content, fibroadenoma, etc.

LEFT - Multiple small cysts, size 0.2 cm to 0.4 cm.
- A 0.2 cm cysts with internal content at L2.

IMPRESSION:
- Fibrocystic change with few compicated cysts at both breasts.
- A 0.6x0.3 cm well defined hypoechoic focus at R4 could be cyst with internal content, fibroadenoma, etc.
