อยากทราบว่า dialysis tubing มันคือหลอดไตหรือป่าวคร่า เนื่องจากรายงานที่หนูทำมันมี เลยไม่ทราบว่า คืออะไร มีประโยชน์อย่างไร
เช่น Dialysis tubing Spectra/Por 7 (4 = 20.4 mm) with a
molecular mass cut-off (MMCO) of 10000 Da (Cole-
Parmer Instrument Co, IL, USA) was used. Miller et a1
(1981) used dialysis tubing with a smaller MMCO of
6000-8000 Da. All glassware was washed with detergent,
soaked overnight in 100 g litre-' HNO,, rinsed
five times with distilled water and dried before use.
Reagent blanks were taken through the procedure and
the iron content measured.
