Multiple small non enhancing  , hyper signal intensity T1W , hyper signal intensity T2W liver cyst in rt and lt lobe liver seen with biggest cyst about 2.5 cm in diameter at lt lobe liver and when accompanying with multiple bilateral renal cysts, poly cystic disease of liver and kidney should be considered.

; Multiple thin wall cyst in both kidneys are seen. /Hyper signal intensity T1W content cysts in lt kinney are seen , may be cyst with hight proteinecious content.
;Liver parenchyma signal intensity drop in T1W out off phase as compared to T1W inphase image is seen , may be fatty change of liver parenchyma.
;Small cyst about 2 cm in diameter at bilateral seminal vesical are seen , may be seminal vesicle cysts
